Chinese Dumplings in Vegetable Broth

Tofu Filling
1 block tofu
1 block wood ear fungus
2 green onions
Salt & white pepper to taste

Cabbage & Vegi Ham Filling

3 slices vegi ham
2 c chopped cabbage
2 green onions
½ “ grated ginger (about ½ T)
Salt & white pepper to taste

1- 2 packages vegan wonton wrappers (Dynasty brand)

Soup: 4 quarts water boiled with 6 bullion cubes

For eating: dark soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, vinegar

Folding dumplings - 

Take ½ t filling in center
Wet parallel sides
Fold in half
Fold again in half towards you
Wrap away from you
Seal with water

Boil dumplings in soup until they float (1-2 minutes.) Then eat!
