Food is such a funny thing, and everyone has their own tastes. I LOVE working with my clients, and the ones who click best with me tend to answer yes to one or more of these questions:

Are you wanting to cook more healthy meals for yourself and your friends or family?

Do you get bored eating the same things over and over?

Do you find you’re eating lots of fruits and vegetables on the day you head to the store, but somehow by midweek you’re down to raiding the prepared foods section in the grocery store for dinner?

Do you find yourself desperate for something sweet with your cup of tea around 4pm?

Do you find it hard to keep vegetables in the house from going bad?

Do you find you need to eat chocolate on a regular basis?

Our approach works for

Cooks and non cooks

Kids of all ages who love making and eating food
Recovering dieters
Parents and grandparents
People who live alone or with a partner
Families with children
Folks with food allergies and nutritional considerations
Vegans, Vegetarians, Pescatarians and Carnivores

You’ll have the best experience if you

Are eager to try new things
Have support from at least one person in your family or circle of friends
Are ready to make changes in the way you shop for food
Have an open attitude toward longevity and results over time
Can have empathy for yourself and the time it will take to get for you and or a loved one to get to a healthier place with weight and or diet
